Jumpseat

Hello,

I noticed there is an option to set jumpseat costs in my app.config.php/local.config.php after updating to simpilot’s version. My question is simple; How can I add a jumpseat purchase form in to a page(let’s say jumpseat.php) ?

I got it working with phpVMS 5.5.2 with php version 5.4.45
