I am trying to use Kacars and I simply cannot get it to work. I am using this web host : 3eeweb.com
I am using a free hosting package at the moment until everything works etc. So, i also have a .co.nr domain name.
I have tried to use the download for Kacars profile but with no success of it working.

Did you download the program and the module or just the program? When I had this error happen to me, the problem was that the module that came with phpVMS (kACARS_free.php in the /core/modules/kACARS_Free folder) was not in sync with the program. You should go back to the kACARS download site, download the appropriate version of module to match the version of your program and then overwrite this file on your domain and then give it another go.

Soz for the late reply, and Im still getting the error come up. Ive changed the module, and Ive got the right program, im running it as admin. Anything else.

It’s not working for me either, Lewis. It says it can’t find the server. Check with your hosting company and make sure everything is setup correctly so that the outside world can see your domain.

I had a similar issue when I tried to run phpvms on freehosting. In my case, the host added some tracker-code for statistic purposes on the end of each page, and kacars can’t handle that.
However, because the site of the threadstarter seems to be unavailable, this cannot be confirmed to be the case here.
The site has been closed, due to many people posting ‘hate messages’ to me about it. Thanks for your time
probably because you were using weebly.
phpvms and most addons for it, will not work properly on a freehost. Also it will never be a huge success, you need to spend money on a VA to get it good.

As Jeff pointed out -> “You must install the module”
