i am having rank issues i have the rank showing up and the images work but for some reason when people log the amount of hours for there next rank its not auto updating i have to go into the rank admin panel and edit the rank even tho i dont change anything in the edit panel then when i click edit there rank updates, is there a way to make it just auto update? image links are good and everything is being saved into the edit rank i dont know what else to do ? all permessions are 777
Have you tried the “recalculate ranks” option in the top left menu of the rank admin section? I do not believe it will auto-update, or it never has for me, I just go in once in a while and hit the recalculate ranks button and all is well.

ok thanks for the replys it does update when i recalculate ranks but it would be nice if it did this on its own anyway to do this or no ?

I noticed my rank didn’t update the last time I passed the hours required. I left it alone and the next day I found that my rank had changed and was all OK
From what I’ve observed in the short time I’ve been using the system is that updates occur at intervals, probably to keep the load on the server minimal.
It’s not at intervals, since there’s no cron running. It should be once you accept the pirep, itll bump up the hours and check the rank. I haven’t had a chance yet to check it out
This should be OK as of latest beta, but have not tested it extensively. Been busy on vaCentral (I was supposed to launch this week…)
It done the same to me however it takes some time to update, it takes anything from 24hrs to 5 days on my VA
