phpvms_5.5.X compatibility

Hi Dave! Is phpvms_5.5.X compatible with php version 5.4.45?

I have not tested it in that particular version but there are sites using it on php 5.4, I have really been trying to adapt to 5.5 and even at this point 5.6. I am not sure how much further I am going to get without a total rewrite.

I have PHP 5.6.11 on my server. And PHPVMS 2.0 still runs on it.

And this mysql version: mysqlnd 5.0.11-dev (which is a mariadb, if I am correct).

Yet I do not know the differences with PHPVMS 5.5.x

I am now running 5.5. I had some Strict Standards errors on several MODS. Fixed all of those errors and now is running perfect.

Did you have to fix the issue module by module or where you able to fix it via error reporting in a ini file or something? I get the error strict standards in the events module, pop up news module and on the schedules list page

I am also busy on a test site to fix everything. Is a challenge as my knowledge of php is limited.

Open core/common/xx and replace all the references of public function with public static function

Are you referring to the Strict Standards error?
