Is it possible to see the ACARS pireps from all pilots. I can only assemble the link from the admin area and watch the pireps from other pilots.

Yes it is possible but not with default phpvms v7 … Or at least not now 'cause it is not designed to show details of other user’s pireps and/or full pirep list of the va in a page.
At the moment it is only possible from the admin panel and/or with a module developed for phpvms v7.
