I am currently tring to upload a new skin which I am making for CableGuy, but can’t upload it to phpVMS. I have made a Stand By phpVMS for testing things before putting them live and is how I got my admin panel back to normal again. I have been into the admin panel, general site and in the drop-down menu I have selected the right one and saved it. When I reload the page it doesn’t seem to change. I have waited and it still isn’t.
once you select it in the drop down menu, you have to save it, then once saved go to view your site, and the template should have changed to the one you selected.

Thats what I did before. And I changed the name of the template after doing it but the old name is still showing up. I might try reuploading it.
After you press save on there, should anything on the admin panel page happen. It isn’t happening with me.
It should say saved at the top. Try re uploading it.

Yes. It does say that at the top. Just seen it. I reuploaded the skin but it still doesn’t work. And I have done all the General Settings, saving, etc.
make sure that the skin folder is going to the right place and in the folder you have images then the template files, not goldenairways/template/images and the template files, otherwise the system wont recognise it.

What’s the permissions on the skin’s folder?
They are on 777. And have got another one working which is on 755. But its the same on 755 for the skin I am trying to get at the moment. I might try another way, but its just the crystal skin but with a different name and I have altared the graphics. Thats all I did with it. I might try another way.

Yes, because its being made for cableguy, its just called “cableguy”.
add a empty folder, see if that shows up in the list
Yes, it does show up on the list. But if you mean actually opening it, you have the pilots names and stuff, but I would be embarrest to use it as a skin for my VA. lol
