I am wondering how VA’s in the community rank staff members. For instance, staff, instructor, ceo, hub manager, etc. Are your staff members visible on the public ranks page? Thanks
At my VA, staff are not a part of pilot ranks. Actually, all staff members have two log on accounts - one for staff and one for pilot. Why did we do it that way - no idea, that was over 19 years ago.
I use a module to list staff and have the roster set to show only pilots.

We also do not separate our staff in specific ranks. Staff are staff and pilots are pilots, just simple. An extra page is also not necessary, every staff member has a flag besides their name.
