This will be the first update I have installed;) So, do I just upload the entire folder?

You upload everything inside the update zip file. Then you go to this link but with your domain name…
www.yoursite.com/install/update.php
Run that and if you have no errors then you can sign into the site or admin panel and make sure you delete the install folder after you have done this just like it says if you login to the admin panel right after install.

I have install last update and i see some errors in admin (images dont appear, menu is open, and one in pilot pages.
Admin errors example:

In Aircraft Reports the menu image dont appear.

That seems like a problem with your host, I would email them with that error and say that gd doesn’t seem to be installed correctly
