I am looking to get the flight tracking google map to show a line for the actual flight path of the aircraft, much like Vatsim does. (see image)
I have been trying to reverse engineer it, but its not working.
Every time I think I’m getting close I loose it…
any help would be greatly appreciated !
What you need to to have an acars program periodically sending data of the actual flight, Jeff will create a custom version of kACARS if you wish, this is what i use and it does report the actual path flown as well as the route if any.
