Website is just plain text [SOLVED]

After changing host and having to change php version my website is just plain text, no images or anything at all. http://www.wideroevirtual.com/

I’m getting this error

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

in the console, so check the permissions for your installation.

Also check that your .htaccess file is not conflicting with anything

Make sure that your css are link to the correct url.

Where is the htaccess file? cant find it anymore?

Also, i did not install anything, i just dragged it over to the new host.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I ALSO GET THIS ERROR

.htaccess should be in the root of your site (public_html)

and make sure you have installed phpVMS into your public_html folder

Can someone send me a htaccess file or help me create one? Cant find it
