What does a pilot have to do to see all his flights?
There is no way to show all the flights made by all the pilots on the web?

Actually in the default v7 the pilot can only see his own flights and that is all of them.

 

 It is only in the admin section you see all pireps, but some people have written modules to allow you to view all pireps.

Just have look to this module;

Until you build your own or phpvms offers a better solution, you can use this to display your pireps, airlines and fleet etc.

Is it normal that the state of the airplanes is all On Ground, even if they are flying?

Unfortunately yes  That part is not developed yet … I hope and wish to have it soon
