[Bottom Footer]

I am not sure what has happened to the bottom footer but it doesn't seem to be always on the bottom of the page, and some users have a problem with the footer appearing across important messages and links. Is it possible to put an external website into PHPVMS. For example, I have a wix site i'd like to transfer over to be compatible with PHP. Is this possible and how if it is.
