Over the past few months the developers have worked closely outlining the basics of the upcoming organization and has out sourced as necessary. The final pieces of the website are coming together, and the site is currently being transferred to our server. Within the next week or two, those involved within the technology department will begin the first stage of web testing. As the organization moves to the next stage, the staff review committee will begin distributing staff applications and reviewing/interviewing all prospective staff. Pacific International Virtual Airlines, provides the flight simulation community with some of the most advanced simulation technology. While utilizing both Microsoft Flight Simulator X and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004, those at PIV will take advantage of the PHPVMS software. This advanced Virtual Airline Administration software provides its users complete financial, aircraft, and pilot statistics, a flight and schedule search, complete fleet management, pilot registration and profiles, and an advanced live ACARS integration. This software allows for PIV to have complete and realistic operation of the virtual airline.
