Creating a new virtual airline (project)

Hello guys,

I have a project in my mind, the problem is my experience with phpvms and php code. I have few experience and i need personal with this knowledge. The project is based about a real airline, wich flights are charter basically. This VA will fly on IVAO network if some day we gets to start its operations. The MTLs are made.

About me: I have experiences with 3 biggest virtual airlines on Spain. I am ATPL and airline manager student, flying on IVAO since 2007.

I need people which speak spanish, with Skype, php and phpvms knowledge.
