Our fitness level and requirements are high for the industry, and we educate any our own pilots. In Virtual DAT , we like the slightly offbeat tasks that make heavy demands on our people. As a pilot for Virtual DAT, there is a good chance to get out on the exciting ad hoc tasks. Among others the real world DAT have had aircraft in Greenland, Canada, Beijing, Buthan and in large parts of Africa. In Virtual DAT aim is always that our officers are captains, and therefore we employ predominantly candidates who have the desire and potential to become captain. To obtain the Captain rank and the Senior Captain rank, a excam is required. On this excam, the pilot has to have over 75% (3/4) of the answers correct. This excam will be handed out via email, and a response will be giving within the next 24 hours in weekends, and 48 hours in weekdays. The excam is NOT hard, it is just basic knowledge within flight simulations. Also, a hand manual, where the answers can be found, will be handed out when the pilots reaches 25 hours.
