Subdomain from scratch

I want to make just an informational page, no fancy stuff needed, just to show a skin and that's it. I've got the subdomain created, but IDK what to put in that folder at all.

Hello,

If you want to show a phpVMS skin, why don't you just make a new install in the sub domain folder.

if it's only a text information page just create a ".html" file.

So if i just create a .html file i don't have to have anything else in there at all?
