CXA001
Last month, we enjoyed some fun in the sun and sand. This month we are going to the extreme opposite and head to the land of ice and snow. This month, we are switching to cargo aircraft and following a Buffalo Airways route from Yellowknife (CYZF) to Norman Wells (CYVQ). The route is just under 400 miles and since it is cargo, we would like to see everyone operate a Cargo aircraft. To simulate the route even more, pilots are encouraged to operate the Douglas DC3 or the Hawker Siddeley HS.748 which are the 2 oldest aircraft in our fleet and require the most skill to operate in the cold environment of the Canadian North. Canadian Xpress would like to invite all pilots & virtual airlines to join us on Saturday, December 19th at 10h00est (15h00z) and 21h00est (Sunday 02h00z) for our December 2015 fly-in where we fly from Yellowknife (CYZF) to Norman Wells (CYVQ). This is an open invitation to all pilots no matter what your flying experience to attend this Canadian Xpress sponsored event that will be flown on the VATSIM network. More information regarding this event including operational details, charts, optional add-on scenery and Canadian Xpress Model Sets can be viewed by visiting www.CanadianXpress.ca or by directly downloading our Fly-In document here. See you all on Saturday the 19th!
