KACARS - CONNECT BUT NOT POKE THE FLIGHT

would like an information in kacars I can connect to the system but can not pull the reserved flight

what do I do?

Do you mean that you cannot retrieve the bidded flight?

Make sure that the flight is in your bids.

Make sure that you are connected using the correct pilotid.

I have the same problem, i can to conect but when i put the number of destination flight, the kACARS no find the information of the flight.
