Help with slicing and fitting phpvms into template

Hi there I recently created a template for a new VA im trying to start up. However I do not have a clue on how to slice it to make my phpvms core fit into it.

Let me rephrase: Its not that I dont know how to slice, I just dont know where to do it like how each section is. I looked over the Documentation but am still stuck
