I am willing to pay for someone to setup a good working PHPVMS site. My failed attempt was www.westairregional.org which will give you an idea of what I'm looking for. I have the space, bandwidth and SOME PHP / html knowledge but I can't seem to get it right. That, and I don't know CSS. If anyone is willing to take this job on for me, please let me know.
