Hello I have some errors with XACARS. At first, when I start XACARS, it shows me a message which says that it is not possible to have the live acars on the website. There was an error connecting to the LiveACARS server: [Connection to ACARS erver failed: [Check URL.]] ACARS tracking continues without sending LiveACARS messages. When I tryed to send the pirep, it is impossible to send it. It shows me a message which say that the wabside did not reply with an error 403. Here is a summary of the message : Sendinf PIREP returned an ERROR condition: [Connection to PIREP server failed: [Check URL]] You may retry sending the PIERP. How can I solve them ? Thanks Stéphane

Hello We have an error with the pireps and FSACARS. When a pilot sent a pirep from FSACARS, he uses the SEND LOG button. After he clicked on this button, he has this message : Log sent ! After that, I receive an e-mail : A PIREP has been submitted by FSW004 FSW0004: TNCM to SOCA Aircraft: 3, Flight Time: 2.15 File using: fsacars All seems to be ok, but I don't have the pirep in phpVMS. No pirep in the database, no pirep in the admin panel, no pirep in all the system ! I just have the e-mail, but I don't have the pirep. I am currently using the last version of phpVMS : 2.0.796 What can I do to solve this error ? Thanks Stéphane

Thanks ! Now I have your result in Excel (not in phpMS). For the pilot's age, ou cn find it here : http://stephane_skyaway.byethost31.com/phpvms/index.php/pilots For information, FSW001 should have 110:29 of flight + 59:00 transfered hours. In phpVMS, the transfered hours are OK, but the pireps hours are 76.15. If you would like to have an access to the admin panel, I can give you one. Stéphane

What does "blank time" mean ? To reset the times, I go to the Admin Panel, Site & Settings, Maintenance Options then RESET HOURS. Just for information, in my Excel file, don't, pay attention to my code HDV [log number], it is for the extra salaries of my pilots. May be I've done an error in my calcul, but if you have 110:29, it is not the value of 76.15 from phpVMS. Stéphane

All of my pireps are accepted. I always approve them and put some financial penality to piltos if the flight is not correct. Stéphane

Here is the file (attached) for FSW001 for example without the transfer. As you can see, the total hours is 112 h 44 min (without transfer). But in phpVMS, the total is 76.15 (without the transfer). I have a new pilot which have done a flight this afternoon. His total hours is OK. The probleme seems to happen only with the "old" pilots. I checked my MySQL database, all is OK. In phpVMS, I can see all the pireps and the hours are OK in all of them. I think it is a calcul problem. Stéphane EDIT : don't pay attention to the color code, it is an error FSW001.zip

include_transfer_in_ranks is set to true, of course. Now, phpVMS reports the transfered hours : one problem is now OK ! But I still have the second problem : the total of hours is not correct (only the total for non-transfered hours = hours from pirep). I write all the hours in an Excel file sinse I use phpVMS. If you would like, I can send you this file and give you the total hours of phpVMS since I've done the update. Stéphane

Hello I have some problems sinse I've done the last update. All the ranks changed ! In the admin Panel, in the pilot list, it does not show the total hour WITH the reported hours. Moreover, the total hours is not correct (even if calculate whithout the reported hours). That's why the ranks have been changed. What can I do ? I have the last build 1.3.785. Hello I would like to put on my ftp servor a table which presents the pilot list with only the date of the last flight. This page will be public, so all the people will see it without registering. Hello We have this compatibility problem since we installed phpVMS on this server. So we have this problem too when our skin was not installed, so the skin is not the problem.. For information, our css style sheet is certified by W3C. We only had one error (we forgot a ";" and we correct it). Stéphane

I know that phpVMS is compatible with IE, BUT our host (byethost) makes phpVMS uncompatible with phpVMS (it is not possible you to connect to the pilot center). Byethost works apparently better with Firefox than with IE. Stéphane

Hello I have a problem with FSACARS and phpVMS. One week ago, we had a database error when FSACARS tried to send the log. I read the forum, I reinstalled phpVMS and it worked again.
