After Checking, Squawkbox installs the FSUIPC Module.

Have you inserted FS9 Disc 4, And attempted to repair FS9 for any missing or corrupted files? I have never used Squawkbox, But from what I know, It should either install AI Aircraft or use default ones. If all else fails, I would reinstall FS9.
