AirMAK Virtual is virtual airline based in Skopje (LWSK), Macedonia (FYR). We are not connected to any real life airline. Our goal is to simulate schedule flights from our main hub in Skopje. Our fleet is consisting of B738, A320 and A333.

AirMAK virtual is currently in re-branding status, so far we have changed the company URL and working on the website. At the same time, we are looking for staff members that will help us with the management of the VA.
At the moment, we are looking for
Events Coordinator
Responsibilities
Liaising with VATSIM to plan ATC arrangements.
Research pilots interests and current events around the world.
Plan events and work with other departments to ensure the smooth running.
Any other related duties.
Requirements
Extensive knowledge of VATSIM networks.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
An active member of AirMAK Virtual.
Scheduling Manager
Responsibilities
Organizing regular/seasonal flights.
Keeping routes up-to-date.
Maintaining flight reports.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Any other related duties.
Requirements
Experience with route planning.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
An active member of AirMAK Virtual.

I'm looking (if existing) plug-inn / addon that will make aircraft not bookable if its at other airport then it should be. So let's say I'm flying form LWSK -> LYBE, the aircraft that was used on this flight will not bee bookable for other pilot in LWSK.

Hey there,
I'm opening new VA, but have one issue. I cannot change the hub on the signature image, although i have set other hub. So it stays default KJFK instead of the new LWSK.

Errr.... I have put core_naviagtion.tpl in the skin folder of our VA. But when I change the code, I lose the navigation bar. Am I doing sth wrong or ?

I'm also getting this error. But the difference is that i use paid hosting (hosting is provided by Hostgator). How can i fix this?

I have problem with kACARS. When i click Get flight, it says that there are no booked flight, although on the website i do have. How can I fix this?

So what should i enter to be immediately? Probably it should be 0 i suppose.

I have one problem. In the default skin for phpvms, when i click on 'Live Map', there are siting old flights that i had/or other within the VA had done, even i i'm flying new flight. For instence, now (11.07.2012 1940z) member in our VA is currently flying LWSK-EHAM, and this flight isn't shown on the live map. The one that are shown are the previous he did LWSK-LYBE which was done at about 1230z. So how can i fix this.
Ah also I noticed on other VA, which i used to fly previously, that there is an option for live map to make status like climbing, descending etc. and not just depart, cruise,arrived like we got now.

I need help with making kACARS available in our VA for tracking flights.
I had put all the fields that you need to have when you create VA profile in kACARS and when I click Sign In it says like modyle and application doesn't match. Any help?

Event Coordinator
The Events Coordinator is in charge of all online operations of MarBo Airways and organizes online events, ATC support for airline fly-ins and keeps our pilots notified about events relevant to our airline.
PR and Human Recourses
Talk within and out side in the name of MarBo Airways in reviews of applications, resolves conflicts and maintains the pilot roster active.

Work and organize the website
Training Director
The Training Director is in charge of running the Training Department by coordinating with the Instructors. He also is in charge of doing practical training sessions with pilots when none of the instructors are available.
Requirements:
- Has a VATSIM / IVAO (we are flying mainly on VATSIM, but IVAO is also accepted)
- Shows maturity and patience at all times
- Is able to dedicate 5h a week
- Previous experience in VA management is recommended but not necessary.

I have edited the css file put the image into right place, but as you can see on the link the banner which includes the logo it doesn't reads transpa background (The image is saved as .png and it has transpa background). It reads like having white background.
