Hello guys,
in these days I've opened a shop of clothes and I make also customized t-shirt. The t-shirts are with a background white or black I want to announce. The price is of 9.00 Euros (nine euros) and they are 100% cotton. This advertising is in particular for Virtual Airlines, but also for private customers.

We are a new virtual airline based at Milan Malpensa (LIMC) for liners and Varese Venegono (LILN) -near Malpensa- for aerotaxi and gliders. Our fleet is composed by:

Air Eagle VA is open to all people: also for less experienced pilots because we have a functional training program. If the pilot is already experienced or have finished the training and wants to become a pilots on our liners, he recives from our certificated instructors a full type rating of the aircraft.
Our type rating is doing with the real manuals of the aircrafts and the pilot has an elettronic copy of it.
The official language is English but we use also Italian and the official software for communications is Skype.

yes i have disinstalled and re-upload phpvms but the problem persist

in the phpvms/core I see app.config and codon.config I haven't got local.config and the two files that I have nominated above they aren't 0 byte are rexpectly 12KB and 5KB.

where is the file local.config.php?
the file install/index.php is 0 byte
the file CodonWebService.php i try to re-upload but the same error

the site give me this error

why? i see the line 63 but i don't find any error
similar error give me the site in other pages: syntax error
