Thats worked thank you. I had tried something similar but on the fiels the errors we're referencing which didn't work.
Do you know the code required to call the page for the public to see?
Cheers
Mark.

I've seen this myself when I didn't have php5-mysql installed on the server. But if you are using a hosting provider I would imagine thats already there, but if you have built the server from scratch then worth checking if its there. I was using phpvms5.5 at the time on Ubuntu.

Having installed the Staff Admin module I'm not seeing the following error messages at different points of the module. I have converted the module from .tpl to .php by renaming all the .tpl files to .php and updating the references to the old .tpl files.
When you click 'Staff Main' I get the following messages at the top of the page:
Strict Standards: Non-static method StaffData::get_staff() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /var/www/html/admin/modules/StaffAdmin/StaffAdmin.php on line 42
Strict Standards: Non-static method StaffData::get_positions() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /var/www/html/admin/modules/StaffAdmin/StaffAdmin.php on line 43
When you click 'Create New Position' I don't get any error messages but once I click 'Save New Position' I get these messages on what I believe is 'Staff Main' when your redirected:
Strict Standards: Non-static method StaffData::save_new_position() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /var/www/html/admin/modules/StaffAdmin/StaffAdmin.php on line 81
And when you click 'Add Staff Member' I get the following message at the top of the screen:
Strict Standards: Non-static method StaffData::get_positions() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /var/www/html/admin/modules/StaffAdmin/StaffAdmin.php on line 131
Now the module does seem to work however I'd prefer it if there wasn't errors being displayed. I haven't seen what this looks like on the page as I don't actually know how to reference the page on the site, so I'd be grateful if somebody could shed some light on that also.
Thanks
Mark.

Hi,
I'm currently building a new VA called Inspire Air, flying out of EGCC (Manchester, UK), with plans to then create more hubs as things progress. I want to try and keep the VA open to FSX and X-Plane uses and also to be able to run on either Windows or Mac OSX. In other words I don't want users to be limited dependant on what they have at their disposal.
I have purchased all the domains and built my server which is also hosting an instance of phpVMS.
I want to make sure things are as good as perfect before I launch the VA otherwise I imagine it won't be a success.
So I'm currently looking for staff to help me now I have most of the basics completed.
I'm currently looking to fill the following positions permanently or even on a temporary basis if you are unable to commit to the role permanently.
HR Manager
Fleet Manager
Operations Manager
Tour Manager
IT Manager
Aircraft Painters
If you would like to join the team, offer advice or just help us get off the ground them please get in touch.
