i use vestacp and it disables it self

I have tried to install the newest verison of phpvms which is at phpvms.net and i did what it did change directory in apache2 to /public but it gives me error 500  anyone help?

Second error : Fatal error: Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _FILES in /home/u942787847/public_html/chewwyva/VA/core/common/PilotData.class.php on line 436 Please help! i contacted my web host they said its got to do with or something pls help
