I re-set 777 permisions but it didn't work =[

I have the same problem but i already gave 777 permisions to /core/cache
the registration screen still show the same problem...
i installed phpvms in a subfolder, may this be the problem? it's like www.mysite.com/phpvms

What about the 2 slashes ( / ) before LIB? i have double slashes too! where do i remove one? wich archive?
