hello i dont have the file local.config.php

what to do?

Make a blank file called local.config.php and upload it to the /core/ folder.

Make sure the file is writable, and when you install it will generate the config for you.

Yes CHMOD 777, and that mysql error... check your database information is correct and if you're using "localhost" you could try using the IP instead. Not 100% sure.
