For exemple I have a flight plan at 9 am but arrived at 11 am must I departure at 9 am obligatory ? Tom Posted February 22, 2010 Report Share Posted February 22, 2010 You do not have to fly at those times, an admin has the choice to accept or deny the flight report. So if your airline chooses to stick to the times set then you can deny any reports that aren't flown at those times.
