cronjob error

I recently installed phpvms 5.5.2 and get the following cronjob error.

Any help would be welcome.

Fatal error: Uncaught <blockquote><font face=arial size=2 color=000099><b>Last Error --</b> [<font color=000000><b>No such file or directory (2002)</b></font>]<br />[<font color=000000><b></b></font>]</font><p>

                                                                                </blockquote><hr noshade color=dddddd size=1>

  thrown in /.../core/classes/ezdb/ezdb_mysql.class.php on line 103

thank you gio1961, the link to a post is not in relation to a cronjob and has a different error. so does not help in any way.

any other idea?
