I have five ranks and as the minimum hours I entered 0,1,2,3 and 4. It said that I either enter the minimum hours or the order in case I wanted to manually rank my crew. So I did that, but where can I actually manually change the rank of my crew without having dig into the MySQL databases. I found that the solution lay within changing the local.config.php file. The local config seems to override the app config. Theres a configuration called Autorank, something like that. Set it to "false", then when you select a pilot in the admin panel theres a drop down next to his rank so you can manually select it.
