Question regarding ACARS local.config.php options

Does this time start from the connection to ACARS or from the disconnection of ACARS. (I.E. the 600 minutes starts as soon as a pilot disconnects from ACARS)

i think its the last time intervall update so iff the update time is set for 1 min it will look for an acars info but when you close the connection the is non it will start counting
