help to get route lat/lng

Hello,

im trying to get(list) the lat/lng and definition of the planned route in schedules module.

For example the route:

IXIDA DCT RIVRO UN745 ZMR UN873 MOKOR UN741 ANG UN482 NIMER

How can i get each lat/lng and definition of airways and points?
