Changing a pilots rank

Hi,

How do I change a pilots rank manually? I know there is a way to set it to follow the pilots hours, but my airline is a virtual air force, which means promotions are not automatic.

Go to local.config.php and change the following true to false.

# Automatically calculate ranks?
Config::Set('RANKS_AUTOCALCULATE', true);
