How to Display Current Live Flights

Hello

Is there any way that i could display a marquee which says there are currently _ flights in progress and when there are no flights it should say there are currently no live flights

thanks but this isnt the thing i am looking for , i want like when there is 1 flight in progress it should say

There are currently 1 Live Flights in Progress

OR

when there are no live flights it should say

There are currently no live flights in Progress
