If you can't get permission from them then don't open the virtual airline. I would suggest opening a fictional airline as you don't need to contact anyone for permission. If you still decide to go with the va your opening, be careful because you wouldn't want to spend all that hard work and just get it shutdown would you?

Nope I haven't got a reply and I'm not thinking of doing Emirates any more Jet Airways.
