PHPVMS does not Support Free Hosting and due to this you are facing this issue. Please shift to Paid Hosting in order to use PHPVMS properly. Please shift to Paid Hosting in order to use PHPVMS properly. Actually, I find that wrong. I use 1Freehosting, and It works perfect with PhpVMS, no problems.
