Problems with Scheduled Departures

I'm having issues with the flight board departures. First of all, I added:

date_default_timezone_set('Europe/London');

which I believe has worked because it no longer displays strange times.

However now (bear in mind it's 23:25 here) that the next flights (which leave at about 6 or 7am) are now boarding. Secondly, the times are not in order despite the SQL query stating that they should be sorted by deptime.
