i Fogot password but do not receive the mail with new password

Hi all,

I too have had the same thing. Although I click on "forgot my password" do not receive any mail. I carefully checked the block spam but it is disabled. It may be because I disabled the receipt of weekly status reports of VA Central? I need to log in to change the logo of our VA, what can I do?
