Admin Sidebar - where from? [solved]

Hello everyone.

I have been trying to figure out from where the actual sidebar options in the admin panel are rendered. I know I figured it out once but I can't seem to find it again now.

The skin calls it from the $sidebar variable but I am trying to figure out from which controller does that variable come from so I can rearrange the options a bit.

The template files are only used for displaying the options for the selected sidebar menu.
