DCaptainFunk
Hi! I am having a little difficulty installing phpVMS on my local PC - with use with XAMMP. Here is what I did and the error message I am getting: 1. I created the database that phpVMS will use - using http://localhost/phpmyadmin/. Successful. 2. I completed the database setup of phpVMS - and on the next screen I got the green lines that I assume means the installation was successful (see attached screenshots 01 and 02). 3. When I click on the 'Continue to next step', I get a whole bunch of 'strict standard' error lines and further down, towards the end of the page, a 'site setup' screen (see attached screenshots 03 and 04). 4. When I fill in the info the screen requests, and I press 'Finish', I get a whole bunch of 'strict standard' error lines again, and a fatal error: Fatal error: Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _FILES in C:\xampp\htdocs\phpvms\core\common\PilotData.class.php on line 436 (see attached screenshots 05 and 06). 5. Ok so I try to open the site again using http://localhost/php...phpvms/ - and I get again a whole bunch of 'strict standard' lines and at the bottom what appears to be the welcome screen of the phpVMS website and the 'fatal error' repeated (see attached screenshots 07 and 08). Any help with regards to what I may be doing wrong - and possible solutions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you and best regards!
