[Problem with Bids not Dissapearing]

Hello,

When pilots bid on flights, they are no longer avaliabe for anyone else to fly until they have filed a pirep. My pilots are filing the pireps and they are accepted. For some reason however, the bids are still in their accounts so I have to manually go in a remove the bid from their profile. This has not happened to me before on another airline I was doing. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
