  1. Hello I should like to inquire whether it would at all be possible for us over at RAF No.2 Group to schedule some of our flights with the normal 0-6 (Sunday-Saturday) code, but also allow for days of the year numbers, ie 001, 140, 350 and so on. I don't see any similar solutions on the forum, but was hoping it'd be possible. As the VA is kind of in the cross between military and civil aviation, the irregularity of flights is difficult to show. It'd help us a lot if we could schedule some of our flights this way. Thank you in advance for any replies!
  2. You could ask them to not start the ACARS until they are on the runway, parking brakes on, ready to take off. Then you could reject PIREPs with too many minutes before takeoff/after landing. That'd be a crude but simple solution.
  3. Yes, please feel free to post your methods here. =) A lot of threads on the forum fail to provide methods, either because the matter is dealt with between the VA admin and a VMS person, or because the VA admin works it out on his own.
  4. Hello! First I'd like to say I am very glad that such a handsome application has been made, and is supplied for free. Very, very nice. I happen to have a problem with PIREPs. As one of the admins of the VA, I find that no automatic PIREPs are displayed anywhere. kACARS sends the Pireps, and I receive the emails that the PIREPs have been delivered, but they do not show up on the website interface. No code has been changed on the website. I've added a custom field for PIREPs, but as I understand this only goes for manually submitted PIREPs. Any help is greatly appreciated. My thanks in advance. Edit: I may add that I searched for "pirep" + "kacars" and exhausted all relevant threads to no avail.
