  2. Crystal Skin With Drop Down Menus

    Hello guys!

    I downloaded the skin "crystal" renamed to crystal-II fixed the problems with it, in the menu and in the skin itself.

    I am uploading it again, all you need to do now is drop it in your skins folder and is ready to go again. a little contribution.

    If you need anything else, feel free to ask :rolleyes: Good work on the original idea,

    A side note: Error You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file (second error) Error This file was too big to upload it is 139kb only!

    what kind of files does the systems accepts? zip files and NOT rar files?

    We have a pilot with 15 hrs in the new site and 2000 in the old one. I placed 2000 hours in the transfer window but the total hours remain the same 15. I thought that the total hours would be 2015.

    Did you change your local.config.php file?

    # If you want to count transfer hours in rank calculations

    Yes to 777, the core/pages folder and everything in it. If you look at the docs the install doc, it's listed int ehre

    Thanks Nabeel, I will take a look at the installation notes, since now I have another permission problem...

    I can NOT reset signatures either!

    but if you pay attention to the above paragraph, you will notice a double slant bars "//" in or after skymex.eu5.org//lib/signnatures.....

    is that correct?

    I am adding the language file for the spanish translation for the kACARS_Free application, :unsure:

    you may move the file to a better place, and make it available to everyone... (That speaks spanish!) :rolleyes:

    I might have to double check it later, when I have a little more time and search for any errors in typing.

    I am getting a diferent error this time, I can not create pages, it gives me this error message!

    Warning: fopen(/home/skymex.eu5.org/core/pages/atc.htm) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/skymex.eu5.org/core/common/SiteData.class.php on line 258

    More Permission problems? What else needs to chmod? to 777 or.... it is a bug? :unsure:

    Is there a recent updated copy of the documentacion in some place to take a look at it? :rolleyes:

    Your lucky day!!! :unsure:

    I found yesterday a "free" program to do just that, well more than that, much much more...

    it´s called BlockBox.

    It can record and log your flights, (saves them all to your HD)

    besides you can see them later on Google earth live! amazing!

    but depends on the options you select, when recording your flight.

    Jeff,

    I wrote my own queries and modules to do just what you are asking about. A lot of it had to do with how I inputed my schedules and aircraft so it will not work for anyone else. It was all thought out prior to adding. The best advice I can give you is to look at how the standard queries are working and just modify them a bit to get what you want.

    The most import thing to remember is that if you use the 'code' field in the schedules and pireps you can get most of what you are looking for. The 'code' is the airline code so it is your best friend.

    DB problem, PHP mis-configuration or file permissions ?

    I am having this problem, tried chanching permissions to the cache folder and the codon files, but no luck!

    Everything started after installing our new forum, SMF. Everything seems ok, but began seing this error.

    Permission denied in /home/skymex.eu5.org/core/classes/CodonCache.class.php on line 210

    Checked again the permissions and looks ok, have you ever experience something like this?

    Your tips and ideas are always welcome!

    I have a question: how I can do to make the numbers of pilots from 101 and not start from 0001?

    I really want is that body which pilots are assigned automatically register your id from 101, 102.104, 105. Not since 0001, 0002

    Ten cuidado cuando lo cambies porque todos tus ID cambiaran y se iniciaran desde el ID que le asignes, un saludo... ojala te ayude.

    Ok well ill hold off. Ill release the free version to all by this weekend working. Do not be angered, but as i said, there wont be as many features as you think.

    Ok, I will wait until you have something more than words to start working with the spanish translation.

    actually there is nothing in concrete to start working with... or is it? :rolleyes:

    I would like to see the free version finished,

    before any serious considerations about translating your acars to the spanish language. :unsure:

    I will also be looking into adding the admin-style pagination for PIREPS in several places (the other pagination thread)

    How can I limit the amount of flight plans (schedules) listed when searching for flight plans?

    before I added schedules to my site that was NOT a problem, had only a few of them... BUT!

    Now I have added more than 1,300 schedules and the list is just Too BIG!!!

    I would like to list in chuncks of 25 for example, or 12, maybe 15 in a page format at a time, not all of them.

    Is it posible in phpvms to do this, and where is the config file to do it?

    local.config or app.config? have been searching them,

    but can´t find any reference to accomplish this.
