Hi, I am an admin on my website, I have a new user that has downloaded the free kACARS successfully, went through the setup sequence with him on TS and Team Viewer, everything seems to be right, however when you click to connect to the website, it gives a "connection error" message in the bottom right corner. He is using Windows 10. Also, does this work with XPlane?
