Ranks not Updating with Transfer Hours

I have set the transfer hours calculates rank in the local.config to true, supplied sufficient hours, and cleared the cache. Why are the ranks not updating?

I would suggest optimising the tables too.

If that doesn't work you may have to manually change the ranks in PHPMyAdmin.

you need to set it in both local.config.php and app.config.php

in my site it work well

Sorry guys, I was putting the transfer hours in the custom field for transfer hours not the actual field. Ooops [sOLVED]

never change annything in the app.config.php it enouph to change it in the local only
