It's caused by your php version being greater than 5.3, classifying this issue as a hosting problem. However, you can get rid of the warnings. Open up local.config.php, and go down to line #139. Replace it with:

Config::Set('ERROR_LEVEL', E_ALL ^ E_STRICT);

This however will not stop the page from rendering with other errors.
