Error autoload.php/ codon.config.php

Hello guys, I've uploaded all phpvms files with filezilla, and all it's done correctly. DB configured. At 3rd step of installation, an error jumps out.

If the file is actually there and where it is supposed to be then it is possibly a permissions issue or an error in your server config.

Thanks for answering sir! Then, how should I solve the problem? The file is located in /core folder. Thank you!
