I have recently purchased a domain and hosting from ipage.com

Following the instructions from the internet, I have done the following to attempt to install PHPVMS on the newly acquired domain:

- Setup a PHPVMS Database within the iPage MySQL Control Panel. I ensured that all permissions were allowed.

- Installed and connected to my FTP server using Filezilla.

- Dragged the phpvms folders into the \ Root of my FTP. The program successfully transfers all file except 1 (ofc library upload image file)

- Following this install, I attempt to go directly to my domain and am presented with a 403 Forbidden error for \.

- I have ensured that the Domain points to \

- When typing in mydomain/install/install.php , I get an error that the webpage cannot be found.

- I have received additional errors in the past related to "Class DB" errors.

COULD SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AND POSSIBLY INSTALL PHPVMS FOR ME? I AM BEYOND AGGRAVATED AND HAVE SPENT MORE THAN 6 HOURS ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
