how to assign specific rating to specific pilot ?

hey everybody

i have created a rank for example HQ Staff or Commander

i want to assign this rating to specific members without disabling RANKS_AUTOCALCULATE however, i did this before

and assign the specific rating for some member but after enable it after guest register on website he involved with this rating

cause i made 0h too

i have New Pilot rank 0h + NEW RATING 0h

i want to assign NEW RATING for some peoples and it will never change

but other members will follow the rank stage

NOTICE: the NEW RATING RANK id is 7 and New Pilot is 0

But after user register get the id 7 of rank :/
